Baby Harper Tutu

The Baby Harper tutu is a skirt that looks like a grove of cherry blossom trees! This pure white-colored flower-like skirt is made with three layers of fluffy white tulle and delicate pink flower petals sewn on. The skirt comes with a cotton lining to keep from irritating your child’s soft skin and an elastic velvet waistband that will grow with your child. It comes in sizes for children between 1-5 years old and is perfect for tots big and small to stimulate their imagination!

Sizing: 1-3T measures approximately 10.5 inches long and the waist stretches from about 15 inches to 24 inches - typically starts to fit when the child can sit independently, around 6 months. 3-5T measures approximately 12.5 inches long and the waist stretches from about 16 inches to 26 inches.
